Sunset on the Beach

Last night I attended a memorial gathering for a good friend who passed in July. The gathering was held on the shores of Lake Michigan at sunset. It was very chilly but beautiful.

    This beautiful scene of the setting sun and nightfall makes it a truly beautiful memorial. I hope that the releasing of ballons in a way helps to release the grief and sadness at heart for your dear departed friend.
