Sky Watch Friday - Navarre to Destin Set 1

This is part of a set of photos taken in between Navarre and Destin. This includes photos from Fort Walton and Mary Esther. In other words, they are part of a photographic north Florida Gulf tour. I hope you enjoy them.

Sand drifting across the beach and road. Almost reminds me of the snow in Michigan that we are not getting down here.

Our Dream House on Navarre Beach. Anyone have $800,000 laying around they want to donate to a charitable cause? It looks small, but it actually has three bedrooms, 2 baths and a studio loft on the top floor.

Some of the aircraft that we regularly see in the area. My husband informs me the double propelled helicopter/jet hybrid is called an Osprey.

Great shots! I agree, the sand looks just like snow - which I see every day this time of year :)

Of course I have $800,000 in my pocket. Who hasn't?!? But I'm not into houses right now ;)

Have a great saturday!

You can get condos on navarre for under 150,000 right now. Why go for the close to a million house?

First, a condo means sharing your space with multiple people. Condos are nothing more than overpriced apartments and townhouses are overpriced duplexes. Second, the property the house sits on has value alone, something you won't get with a condo. You only own the apartment. Not the building around it or the land it sits on. Plus condos are more difficult to sell because more and more people are realizing it's a bad investment to buy an apartment. :)
