Spring Has Sprung

Spring has sprung, at least for Florida. It seems like it has been so long since I saw blossoms. Here is what is blooming in my neck of the woods right now.

I am not sure what this tree is but it sure is pretty. The bonus is that the bumble bees love it. *UPDATE: I am told by the local nursery that this is one of the 8 varieties of native Blueberry. So now we have the 8 plants my mom planted up in the front yard plus the 30 some wild blueberries along the woods.

Snowdrops

Navel Orange Blossoms

Meyer Lemon Blossoms

Some sort of mushroom that just erupted.

Not shown are the Columbine and Cyclamen. Those will be on a separate post.

Nice shots. You're about a month ahead of us. Daffodils are sprouting and the thermometer goes up and down like a yo-yo. Thanks for getting us prepped.

I love your spring pics. The tree might be a sparkleberry. Maybe? Your post about Destin is making me long for the beach. I'll try to sneak away today.
