Macro Monday - GreenTreefrog

I know, I just had a tree frog up the other day, but this is a different one. He was a bit bigger and loves hanging out in the flower pots where the smaller one just liked hanging out near my chair.

The Green Treefrog, Hyla cinerea, is a common frog here in Florida. They have little sticky pads on their toes to help them climb trees and other plants.

My Macro Monday photo is below. Can you see his sticky feet?

If you would like more information or would like to hear their call, stop by the Florida Wildlife Extension: http://www.wec.ufl.edu/extension/wildlife_info/frogstoads/hyla_cinerea.php
